Student Council

The Whangarei Intermediate School Student Council consists of 21 students who meet every second Friday to discuss ways to innovate school activities and to organise events. The Student Council is responsible for most events and fundraising throughout the school.  They are the group of students who are the voice for the student body.

School social

Term 2's first social of the year was a Glow in the Dark '80's theme.  Over 200 students came along and enjoyed the fun. DJ Ricky was amazing with the help of our music teacher Mr Kessell.
All the students enjoyed dancing to the music and being lit up by the black lights supplied by Cowley's Hire Centre.
