Kindo school ONLINE shop
Working together with Kindo, Whangarei Intermediate School offers you a fantastic way to view and pay for your child’s school needs or lunch orders online. No cash, no paper, no hassle!
WIS has an online bill payment system which is linked to student records so you can view and pay online all of your student's activities - sports fees, class camps/trips, school donation and order canteen lunches. So simple - no paper, no cash, no hassle!
To get started - click on the online shopping page button below and use your email address (which must match the address on your student's record) to register as a new user and create your online account.
You can make lunch orders up until 9.00am on the day or pre-order for days ahead. Other costs can be paid instantly either in full or by part-payments. You can also top up your account balance at any time for future costs as they arise. More information can be found on the online shop page or by contacting the school office
How to set it up?
Choose to pay-as-you-go or add funds to your Kindo account in advance to pay for future costs as they arise, using internet banking, account2account or Visa/Mastercard (fees apply to Visa/Mastercard payments).
All you need is your email address which must match the one held by the school.
Lunch orders can be completed online up until 9.00am on the day or can be pre-ordered for days ahead. *See menus under Student Information tab above or log into your account where you can also access the menu.
The WIS online shop enables you to access personalised accounts for all fees for your student's sports activities, class camps/trips and other extra-curricular activities. All payments made are credited in our system immediately and you will instantly receive a receipt via email.
*We will shortly be adding options for completing permissions and parent help availability for camps/trips when paying costs online so watch this space!

It is our preferred method of receiving payments and we encourage you to set up your account today.
If your family is leaving our school and moving to another school that does not use Kindo for school payments, you need to close your account. If you’re not sure about the new school, log in, go to My Details and click on the list of schools, scrolling to find your new school.
If your new school is NOT on the list, you will need to close your account. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting to close your account. This request will need to:
· Be emailed from your mykindo account email address
· State the current balance on the account
· Provide the bank account number for refunding the balance
· Refunds and account closures will be actioned during January/February each year.
